Returns & Workshop Policies

Products:

We are a small-batch studio hand creating all our pieces. The work you are buying is all individually crafted fine art which we carefully oversee and package just for you. We love every single print, every single tile, every single piece of art and we're extremely excited for you to receive one of our creations, let it travel around the world to get to live with wonderful new art fans. 

We are planning wholesale and commercial products. However right now as I hope you can understand, we have a No Returns, No Refunds policy. All sales are final. 

We have been testing international packaging from our studio for the last year, and we have a background in sending out fine art worldwide that goes back over a decade. We are very careful and very loving in how we package your order. We also have a fantastic logistics & delivery partner who takes care of our packages during dispatch. 

We can be responsible right up to the point where we hand our package over to shipping. However we can't be responsible for any damage/delays/ during shipping. If something has happened we can help figure it out but we may have to hand you over to the logistics company.

Workshops/Seminars/Mentorship/Classes/Consultancies: 

Due to small class/session sizes or personal consultancy/mentorships to make sure we can pay more attention to each student/trainee/client, we have a no returns / no refunds policy. If you can't attend the session due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us right away so we can reschedule. 

Rescheduling is possible before 48 hours of session, otherwise the full fee is due.

This.... should go without saying but we then cannot be responsible with then... what you do with what you learn. 

Tl; dr: We have a No Refunds policy on any and all training.
