- Cookies
Our shop engine, Shopify, places cookies, which is simply a cute name for small text files, on the hard drive of the device that you use to visit this website. Cookies track some of your info like noticing if you revisit the site, it makes for speedier loading/or may keep visited links highlighted, remember your basket etc. It is there again, to make the browsing experience better and is pretty standard in most shopping websites. Our website uses cookies to distinguish from other users of you website. Cookies also provide us with information about how this website is used so we can keep it as up to date, relevant and error-free as possible.

However, most of the website will still happily work without them, and so feel free to set your web browser to turn off/refuse different types of cookies if you want (you can do this with all websites by the way, not just ours).

These are the types of cookies we may use:

Strictly necessary cookies - These are cookies that are essential to the operation of our website.

3. Aggregate Traffic, Non-Personal Information, Disclosure for Operations Purposes

Our shop infrastructure automatically collects some non-personally-identifying information as you browse. This includes but not limited to the device you're using, the country you're in, the referring website from which you travelled to our website (e.g. google search etc), and the type of browser you're using. Our site should (?) still work if you need to use a VPN/private browsing etc - please go ahead if you like. We collect this info anonymously - it's just data - as it does legitimately help us improve the website, how we talk about our products / improve browsing experiences for everyone and helps us screen for fraud / spam.

We may have to share your info within our infrastructure, our agents, team members & our partners, and this is always to ensure that we can bring you our products and services more easily. E.g. makes sense to let the person who is labelling the packages know what your address is. But we will not further that information beyond the operations of our company.

We may also disclose aggregate statistics about visitors to our website (customers and sales) in order to describe our services to prospective partners (advertisers, sponsors) and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.

In cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of person/s, in particular the members of our team. So, outside of that we will NEVER SHARE/SELL/RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFO WITH A THIRD PARTY BEYOND THE OPERATIONS OF OUR COMPANY.

If you are concerned about your data, you have the right, subject to the payment of a small fee to request access to personal data which may hold or process about you.

4. Website Errors

With many products on our website, as we launch and improve our supply chain and logistics infrastructure, inaccuracies in pricing, images, descriptions, stock may occur. It is not in any way to mislead our customers and we would apologise in advance if there is any inconvenience caused. We reserve the right to remove from sale any item that is not correctly priced, and we are not obliged to sell anything based our own inaccuracies.

5. No Refunds Policy: Products are made Bespoke

All products we sell are individually made pieces of fine art, hand-signed, hand-numbered & packaged to order. We do not sign or number until the product is ordered. We are a small-batch studio that prioritises hand-crafting, we do NOT mass-produce anything. Even within print editions, you accept that minor differences in the print may occur, such is the nature of fine art printing, and indeed the joy of it - you know that even though there might be e.g. 33 in an edition, your one is still YOUR ONE - your individual ones. There is a uniqueness that we actively seek and champion. Our team have worked with mass production esp. in merch for decades, and we are actively choosing not to do this. We carefully oversee every item and every package certainly but the very nature of working so individually with paper and ceramics means that some may have minor aberrations, chips, fluctuations in the ink which is normal within the printing and baking processes. These things go into a furnace that gets up to almost 1000 degrees centigrade!!! Here’s what we go on - we ship only what we would be proud to give to my dad.

We also have more than a decade of experience in packaging fine art prints to ship internationally and pack each package individually. We really take care here to make sure it arrives safely.

Each order is made bespoke. So please understand we have a no returns policy. Buying online can be difficult and overwhelming so we also in turn understand that you may want to talk to us more about this, see the products in person or jump on a video call to find out more about the products etc.

6. Faulty or incorrect products

However, if there is a large error that we overlooked e.g. we simply sent you the wrong product (!!!), please forgive us as we were probably a bit overwhelmed with orders and packaging. We are a dedicated but small team so please be patient with us. You must however notify us asap and return the package in its exact, saleable condition within 28 days before we correct package. If we send you the wrong product and you’re able to return it all fine within that time, then of course we will pay for all your shipping charges and our new shipping charges to get the correct product to you.

We cannot be responsible for damage during the shipping process. If something has arrived that has aberrations that are clearly beyond the scope of individual artisanal aberrations (e.g. a tile is cracked plain in two pieces etc) then please let us know within 3 working days of arrival and please take photographs of the damage on the package. We may have to put you in touch with our logistics partner, or the postal company, but we will investigate to see if it is the fault of our packaging as if so we will make immediate changes to our packaging design.

We are creatives who are running our own business so if something has gone wrong please do understand we are all human and capable of error - it’s us, the artists printing and packing and dispatching, not a faceless corporation with a bunch of terror-robo-packing-bots who aren’t allowed to take pee breaks and at any moment will begin The Revoltion. But yes, shipping companies can be really difficult to deal with sometimes and we get that, which is why we’re working with Navlungo who are a huge worldwide company but really deal one-on-one with us and have been really great to us. Please just get in touch and let’s chat and solve the issues together as a team, all we want is for the products we love to travel safely and find new loving homes worldwide. So let’s work together to make that happen. We find it really difficult to deal with anything really if someone comes at us yelling, and it’s difficult for us to understand then why they would even still want a product if they’ve yelled at the artist who made that very product. To be fair this is super rare, and really this is us just projecting some PTSD from large commercial jobs we’ve had coming into play or things we’ve seen customers do to our artist friends. But it’s always weird in a douchey kind of way. The Terms and Conditions that you agree to are: Don’t be douchey.

7. Alterations / Use of Products

Any use, alteration of products, which includes framing them - even if faulty or incorrect - makes the product ineligible for return.

8. Notices

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

9. Conclusion
